Joan Miro

Joan Miró (1893–1983) transformed the lithographic medium into a playground of color, symbol, and spontaneous invention. His long collaboration with the Ateliers Mourlot produced some of the most joyful and distinctive prints of the 20th century. The original posters in this collection capture Miró at his most expressive — works that are as immediately recognizable as they are rare.
